What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a natural, enjoyable, and relaxing state of awareness that accesses your subconscious mind, to allow you to make important decisions and changes in your life. This relaxing sensation is known as a trance state and during this trance state your conscious mind is distracted or quietens down, and your subconscious mind opens up or comes forward. It is in the subconscious mind the Hypnotherapist works.
Hypnotherapy or Trance State has been described as the sensation between wakefulness and sleep, where you are completely relaxed. It can also be described as that feeling you get when you are relaxing in your favourite chair while watching a movie or TV show, or when you suddenly get to where you are going but do not remember the entire trip. It is a wonderful relaxing sensation and an effectively safe way to achieve your goals.
What is the Conscious and Subconscious Mind?
In your everyday routines and daily lives, you tend to live in your conscious mind. Your conscious mind is your awareness at this present moment. It is the awareness of yourself and the world around you, what you are thinking about and what you are doing. For example, you are aware of what you are thinking and feeling right now.
Your subconscious mind is 100 times stronger than your conscious mind. It handles around 90-95% of your brain activity and it controls, organises, and influences nearly everything you do every day. Through the autonomic nervous system, the subconscious mind controls your daily bodily functions including your heartbeat, breathing, the fight, flight, freeze response. It holds a lifetime of memories and instincts, and it is here, were all your beliefs and behaviour patterns are stored. A 2008 study by Salleh, stated, when your conscious mind ignores the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind can create any number of physical symptoms including rashes, headaches, and stomach pains in order to be heard. The subconscious mind does not like to be ignored. Your conscious mind monitors and interprets the world around you, while your subconscious mind notices the more subtle energy’s. The subconscious mind is the home for your psychic abilities, it lives in the moment and has no concept of time. It is here you are able to tap into the quantum collective and travel in any direction in time and space you wish.
How does Hypnotherapy work?
Hypnotherapy is a form of deep relaxation called a Trance State. The purpose is to communicate with and access memories from your subconscious mind. By working in the trance state and talking directly to the subconscious mind we are able to promote change on a deep and permanent level. This change can be anything from breaking bad habits, weight loss, pain control, Obsessive Compulsory Disorder (OCD), anxiety, performance enhancement, dealing with trauma, spirituality, meditation, mindfulness and many more. A common phrase used in the Clinical Hypnotherapy community is “All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I cannot do it to you, it is you who will bring on a trance state by simply following my verbal instructions.” I cannot make you enter a Hypnotic Trance if you truly do not wish to, but if you truly wish to enter a Hypnotic Trance, nothing will stop you. So, by expecting or believing you will enter a Hypnotic Trance you will do so successfully.
What is Your Responsibility?
You will not walk in and get hypnosis done to you and it is not my job to do Hypnosis for you. It is my job to work with you not, on you.
By working together, I will guide you through the hypnosis process. Here we work together to achieve your goals and implement any changes necessary.
It is important you are sure of the changes that you want to take place and you are 100% willing to put the work in to accomplish these changes.
While you are in a Hypnotic Trance you will feel extremely relaxed, all your senses will still function as normal, and you will be aware of everything around you. The important thing to remember is not to try too hard. Just sit back, relax, and allow your mind to Relax and Grow.

It is important that we can trust each other and relax during the session.
If you have immediate health issues, for example cardiac or heart issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain or any other issue it is imperative that you inform me and we discuss the best options if anything should happen.
What Hypnotherapy is Not?
It is not what you see on TV or in the movies. You will not suddenly wake up and not remember what we talked about, and then perform strange actions and say strange things. I cannot manipulate you into doing something you would not normally do. Hypnotherapy is a relaxed state of mind called Trance where the conscious mind turns off and the subconscious mind engages.
Hypnotherapy has carried a negative stigma for a long period of time due to movies and stage performers. Over the last few decades there has been a lot of academic focus on the benefits of hypnotherapy. This focus has revealed scientific evidence-based proof that hypnotherapy can actively play an important role in a person’s mental and physical health.

How long are the Sessions?
Sessions range from 1 hour to 2-3 hours. Quantum Consciousness and General Hypnotherapy sessions (including group sessions) are 60 to 90 minutes long. QHHT Past Life Regression sessions are 2-3 hours long. Soul Regression sessions are split into two (2) sessions. First (1st) session is a Therapeutic Past Life Regression and is 2-3 hours long. Second (2nd) session is a After Life Regression and is 2-3 hours long. Occasionally the Regression Sessions can be 3-4 hours long.
Pricing and Deposits.
If you wish to undertake Ultimate Consciousness, Ultimate Self and General Hypnotherapy session (including Group Sessions) a deposit of $50.00 will be taken at the free consult, to secure your booking.
If you wish to undertake a Therapeutic Past Life Regression, Between Lives Regression or a QHHT Past Life Regression a deposit of $100.00 will be taken at the free consult, to secure your booking.
If you wish to Purchase a Soul Regression Package a deposit of $200.00 will be taken at the free consult, to secure your booking.
If you cancel prior to 48 hours of your booked time and date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after the 48 hours of your booked time and date, on the day or simply do not show up, you forfeit the deposit.
In the case of a cancellation 48 hours prior to the booked time and date, the deposit can be used to secure another booking. One (1) time only. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your session for a refund of your deposit.
